1st trip of the new year.

It's the first weekend of the new year. time to get out there.  louie, kris, scott, mary and i headed up beaver lake road looking for an epic spot.

there was a lot of snow (soon to be more, much more) but we found a spot to light a fire and cook some dogs, which was exactly what we wanted to do.

 louie got the fire going and soon it was time to do the things.

a sweet short adventure to get the new year kicked off.  can't wait to head back next weekend.  with snowshoes.
