saturday my buddy brian was back in town for a bit. no way i was going to let him leave before he rode shotgun on an adventure.
looking down to kelowna |
We started up mccollough rd and onto the kettle valley railway. some parts you can't drive on (it's a park) but this part you could.
tamarack needles made it a yellow brick road. |
We drove around and ended up at the forestry site at browne lake. a small spot on a small quiet lake.
friends, fire and 4x4. what else do you need? |
the creek feeding into browne lake |
as usual, backroads map books rode along |
by the time we headed down, it was dark, but we still decided to explore a trail around the lake. got a little tight in spots, but a sweet new route for me and a chance to try out the newly mounted piaa lights.
getting tighter in the dark. |
next weekend got a sweet adventure planned. let me know if you want in.
