the KVR bridge over trout creek
Patrick and I decided to check out the princeton-summerland road this may long weekend. of course, we took the long way there and explored a bit. The princeton-summerland road also happens to cross the kettle valley railway a few times, and would have been a great bike ride, if my bike hadn't of been damaged in a bit of an accident (NOT my fault).
the campsite
The camp spot was right along a raging creak (trout creek presumably). The site was nothing incredible (it was also right along the road), but we hiked on the KVR, visited a random midnight rave i found out later was Whompstock, and had a great time. Next time, i'll make sure my bike is safe, and we'll have a go of it.
KVR
words of advise: watch out for conservation officers. they usually mean no harm, but they delay things a while.
