another drive with no camera

Just a few pictures from a drive with norm et all.  We headed up postil, crossed over to doreen lake, and then down past beaver lake.  here is a map.

The fire ban is still very much a thing, despite the people who had one going at doreen lake.  They got it out 15 minutes before the officer arrived.  I told them the officer was coming, even though it was a lie.  then he showed up.  should have kept my mouth closed and let them have the fine.

We broke out the bbq for smokies and put a few hundred rounds through the pellet gun.

 And just before we left, a sweet group b rx-7 came blasting past.  looked like it was racing in the acropolis rally.  he was hella-lost.
